SSM series of lectures on Gravitational Waves from Theory to Experiments: the Birth of a New Astronomy

The Scuola Superiore Meridionale – SSM organizes a series of lectures on Gravitational Waves from Theory to Experiments: the Birth of a New Astronomy from 14 to 28 June 2021.

The course is aimed at presenting a broad review of the progress of gravitational wave detection experiments, the birth of gravitational wave astronomy, and the future of the field, with special emphasis on its conceptual foundations, methods and tools, presented by Scientists who had a prominent roles in their development.
