Sustainability and Resilience

Academia Europaea (AE) and ALLEA, the European Federation of Academies of Sciences and Humanities, have joined forces to organise their first joint international conference on “Sustainability and Resilience” in partnership with the Young Academy of Europe (YAE) and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

The meeting will take place in Budapest in the historic building of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, 4-6 September 2017, with a number of pre-conference workshops and a post-conference field trip.

‘Sustainability and Resilience’ is the main topic of the conference. In line with the evident commitment of both AE and ALLEA, the theme will be focusing primarily on Europe and the conference will enlighten various aspects of Europe’s Sustainability and Resilience.
