Frontiers in Computational Physics Conference: Energy Sciences

The 2nd Frontiers in Computational Physics Conference: Energy Science will take place in ETH Zurich, Switzerland, 8-11 September 2014.

The conference will provide a forum for exchanging and sharing experiences and knowledge on advanced computational techniques, methods, and models for simulation energy systems.

Topics will be: Combustion, Nuclear Energy, Renewable Energy (solar, wind and wave energy), Energy and Information Technology (HPC, computer cooling, batteries), Energy Conversion, Storage and Exploration (geothermal, oil exploration, turbines).

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are invited on the conference topics and should be submitted using the online abstract submission system. The conference will consider computational advances in Imaging, Modelling, Simulation, Data Integration and Optimization for the above topics. Cross-disciplinary approaches are highly solicited.
